Acceptable Use Policy
This Policy protects SEG learners, systems, content, and partners. It applies to every account, form, API interaction, and use of SEG materials.
1. Lawful and honest use
Do not use SEG to violate law, facilitate fraud, manipulate markets, evade sanctions, infringe rights, misrepresent identity, or support deceptive financial promotions.
2. Platform and security abuse
Do not probe, scan, bypass, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to accounts, infrastructure, APIs, rate limits, or security controls. Do not introduce malware or automate access in a way that harms the service.
3. Content misuse
Do not republish paid or restricted materials, remove attribution, scrape at scale, train a competing commercial product on SEG content without permission, or present educational material as personalized advice from SEG.
4. Harmful communications
Do not submit threats, harassment, hate, exploitation, spam, unlawful personal data, explicit material, or content intended to intimidate other users or staff.
5. Account integrity
Do not share access beyond permitted use, sell accounts, impersonate another person, use stolen credentials, or conceal activity intended to defeat account or usage controls.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected misuse and remove content, throttle activity, suspend access, preserve evidence, or report conduct when reasonably necessary. We consider severity, repetition, intent, risk, and applicable law.
7. Reporting
Use the contact page to report security concerns, abusive behavior, intellectual-property issues, or suspected policy violations. Do not include sensitive credentials in your report.
