Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to SEG websites, accounts, educational materials, research, and related services. By using the service, you agree to them.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter this agreement in your jurisdiction. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and notify us promptly of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by law.
2. Educational purpose
SEG provides general education, commentary, and practice tools. We do not act as your broker, adviser, fiduciary, portfolio manager, or execution agent. You remain responsible for evaluating information and for every financial decision you make.
3. Market and data risk
Markets can move rapidly and losses can exceed expectations. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Examples, simulated scenarios, and past results do not promise future performance. Verify information independently before relying on it.
4. License and intellectual property
SEG grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal or internal learning. SEG materials, branding, design, and software remain owned by SEGUNDA FASE CORP or its licensors. You may not republish, sell, scrape, or create a competing dataset from the service without permission.
5. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, third-party rights, or applicable law.
6. Third-party services
The service may link to data providers, publishers, or other third parties. Their products and terms are separate from ours, and SEG is not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy, or conduct.
7. Availability and changes
We may improve, add, remove, or suspend features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Material changes to these Terms will be posted with an updated date and, where required, additional notice.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties of profitability, fitness for a particular strategy, or error-free operation. SEG is not liable for trading losses or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of educational content.
9. Ending use
You may stop using SEG at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, nonpayment where applicable, or legal requirements. Terms that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
10. Contact and disputes
Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Mandatory rights and dispute procedures depend on your location; nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
